When I’m not acting, here’s some of the main things I do:
Karate Instructor/Sensei
I began training when I was 6. I am now a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, a qualified instructor, a competition coach, and have experience as a competition judge.
I teach at my family club; Senshi Karate, teach at a local school, do private classes, and I also instruct for FSK across London. I use my performance training in my teaching and ensure that students perform karate with confidence, spirit and pride, using their face, body, breathing and voice/kiai.
I was a guest instructor at the Shotorama event in 2024 — the youngest instructor to teach there.
Event Manager
I am the Project Officer for London Development Trust and organised multiple successful community events for them, particularly in the borough of Hackney. Most notably The Hidden River Festival, the footfall was 3,000 and I organised the event with a budget of 30k.
Also, I am a member of the GMVRA as a volunteer, and organised 3 successful annual Summer Fayres/Festivals with a footfall of up to 1000 at each.

Self Defence and Women’s rights
I am a ‘trainer’ for the charity Action Breaks Silence and help lead and present workshops in schools and communities. ABS is a frontline delivery prevention education charity fighting violence against women and girls. Something I am incredibly passionate about.
I do practical safety self defence workshops with ABS, and do karate informed corporate Self Defence workshops with my dad (the chief instructor of Senshi Karate).
I am also doing a workshop with accredited psychotherapist Jade Taussig in June 2026 informed by my performance and karate experience.
Teaching Acting
In Summer 2026 I will be teaching a performing arts course for 6 weeks with varied acting modules, allowing the students to learn acting and performance in a fun environment.
I previously taught acting classes at MPW London as an extra curricular club and really enjoy working with students of varying abilities to share my training and reframe what works and what doesn’t.
Here’s some of the other things I do:
Tutoring (English and Maths)
Teaching (assistant Jive dance teacher)
Proofreading and Editing (novels)
Monitoring and Evaluation (reports for ABS)
Admin (experienced receptionist, secretary, admin assistant (and more) in various businesses)
Background
A confident child; I loved drama, dance and karate, the things that have made me who I am today.
At GCSE I achieved high grades and had a range of subject choices. I have always been academic and intellectual, so I thrived during my studies and enjoyed using my subjects to expand my knowledge and pair it with creativity in any way possible.
I studied English Literature, Theatre Studies and Classical Civilisation at A Level and achieved 3 A*s.
A university degree didn’t align with my journey, so I then went into full time work to get some life experience and to make some savings in order to follow my dreams.
Since then, I have diversified, sometimes having up to 8 jobs at once, and I love the creative and exciting life I lead.
Other experiences
I have spent a lot of time in many of different environments; character work and personal development are a very crucial part of my learning:
- Served on a Jury
- Waitress/Server for the American Ambassador’s Christmas Party
- Social Media Manager for a karate association
- Volunteer Tutor for underprivileged kids
- Invigilated exams
- Volunteered in a local eco park
- Charity scheme for a homeless Shelter
- Babysat
